Entertainment for all in summer
Animation occupies an important place at the Domaine de Fromengal. In July and August, our entertainment team offers a variety of activities every week , whether during the day or in the evening. To respect the well-being of all, our evenings end before midnight.
Children’s club, teen activities, tournaments, great games, everyone will find what they are looking for! During the day or in the evening, our entertainers will share with you moments of conviviality which will remain unforgettable memories of your stay at the Domaine de Fromengal.

New in summer 2022:
Quad – Trotte – Archery
In July and August, we offer a new Archery Game activity from 10 years old. Bows, arrows, 2 teams and off we go for a battle in the forest! This activity will be supervised by our animators and offered in our entertainment program.
For a fun discovery of the region, guided ride on an all-terrain electric scooter from the campsite, with our partner Les Randos de Nico . 1h30 of thrills guaranteed! From 12 years old . Price €35. Information and reservations at reception.
For children from 8 to 16 years old, quad activity on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Activities for children
In season,mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, except on Saturdays and Sundays, children’s club (5/12 years) with many activities: outdoor games, visit to the donkey farm, discovery of the aromatic garden, Land Art, treasure hunt, preparation of shows…
Apart from the children’s club, we organize activities to do with the family: orientation course around the campsite, sports tournaments, games.
Entertainment for teenagers
In Fromengal, teenagers are welcome . Specific activities are planned (sports, hikes, big games) allowing you to meet and make friends quickly. Some have now been meeting in the summer for several years.
Your teenagers play a musical instrument, sing, do acrobatic gymnastics or any other activity, their talent is welcome!
A meeting space (teenage cabin) is dedicated to them, allowing young people to meet up with each other.
Entertainment in Fromengal

During the day
Weekly program of varied entertainment: sports tournaments (table tennis, volleyball, football, basketball), aquagym, muscle development, water polo and water games, dance initiation, ventriglisse (2 18 m tracks!), cocktail games, competitions petanque, molkky games, orientation course with compass…
To mark July 14 and August 15, we are organizing the Fromengal Olympiads, two great teams “the blues” and the “reds” compete for the greatest happiness of all during sporting, cultural challenges… a great moment of friendliness and good humor!
In the evening
Night-time swimming pool on Saturday evening (unless the weather is bad), big petanque tournament on Monday evening around a convivial barbecue, holiday show, dance evenings, karaoke, café-theatre, major games, open-air concerts, theme evenings , night walk in the forest with beautiful encounters …
Paid entertainment
Archery – Quad course for 6/16 year olds – American billiards and table football at the bar.
Relaxation massage sessions in a dedicated cabin in the forest. Information and booking at the Reception.

The farm
donkeys
Our three donkeys will also be your holiday companions! There are Pedro and Lola the parents and Diva their daughter who will already be 9 years old in July! They are very social and will come to you as soon as you approach their enclosure.
What they like, in addition to hay, … is very dry bread, apples, carrots. And then have your visit!
Hikes
on foot or by bike
If you wish to hike or cycle , you can do so from the campsite, circuit maps are available at the campsite reception. If you haven’t brought your bike, you can rent one on site (safety requires, we lend helmets!).

From your 5-star campsite in the Dordogne, you can set off to discover nature or visit the small typical villages of Périgord: hiking, cycling, orienteering, family outings, the choice is yours. A stone’s throw from the campsite: the medieval village and the abbey of Cadouin , Limeuil at the confluence of the Dordogne and the Vézère, the small church in the hamlet of Cussac.
Departing from the Domaine de Fromengal , you can set off to visit Périgord and its many sites: prehistoric caves, castles, medieval villages, royal bastides…
Among the must-sees: Sarlat, Bergerac, Monbazillac, the medieval bastide town of Monpazier, the Château de Beynac, the Lascaux IV facsimile.
